Internationales Ensemble Frankfurt (IEF) Kammerorchester Jahres Konzert

The IEF Chamber Orchestra, which gave its successful opening concert at the ITF in 2024, will present its annual concert this year as part of the Go West VIII Festival.

In 2025, when the 100th anniversary of the “New Frankfurt” project is being celebrated, our festival aims to build bridges and open up new perspectives for the future.

Accordingly, alongside works by composers such as Paul Hindemith and Clara Schumann, who lived and composed in Frankfurt, the concert program will also feature works by composers who are currently active in Frankfurt.

With this, we seek to realize one of the goals of the IEF: to create connections between past and future. At the same time, we will present some examples of these works in the concert to support young composers who are being trained in Frankfurt.
